The core of the design was the creation of a large opening in the upper floor and a new staircase which visually connects the different areas of the restaurant.  This large new opening allows views into the partially glazed open roof structure.

The staircase is a major design element, its zinc plated balustrade contrasts with the simple white walls and oak floors.

As with all our restaurant and bar designs, lighting and the use of natural light is given great attention.
